The exhibition of Chinese contemporary artist Cai Guoqiang, who is famous for his art created with explosives, opened Saturday, Dec.13th in Buenos Aires Argentina. CCTV America's Joel Richards reported.
Argentina has many bilingual schools offering students lessons in English, French or German. Chinese now ranks as Argentina's fourth largest immigrant group, and the country has now opened a bilingual school that teaches Spanish and Mandarin. CCTV's Joel Richards reports from Buenos Aires.

Making of investigation. In Argentina, a court has recently charged three former directors of the Ford Motor Company for alleged crimes during the military dictatorship there - more than thirty years ago. It was after the coup d’etat of 1976 that 25 workers at the Ford factory outside Buenos Aires were kidnapped. Many taken from their place of work and detained inside the factory. It’s alleged they were tortured on company premises, and then jailed for up to a year. (...)
